Barb Pfeiffer’s Flounder Catch—WOW |

Cook Time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 1 to 1 1/2 pound flounder fillets 1 teaspoon melted butter or margarine 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 tablespoon chopped chives, frozen or fresh Preparation: Place flounder in a lightly buttered baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; spread evenly over fish fillets. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
