I was up fishing at a fly-in camp about 150 miles Northeast of International Falls last week - sure was cold ( 40 to 60) by Florida standards.  I could barely stay warm standing right in front of our wood burning stove!!!  Fishing was great - my buddy and I caught 27 Small Mouth Bass in a three hour time frame and none were under 18" (that's about 3#)  Of course we did the normal shore lunches with Walleyes -  but it was strictly a catch and release lake for all species you did not eat.

John and Dorothy Ghee auctioned off a dinner cruise for two couples on the ‘Ghee Wiz’ at our April Dinner Meeting and Auction.  Looks like they had a great time.  Hats off to the Ghee’s for their generosity.  Pictured are the Rocheleau’s and the Cardillo’s..  at the Bare Bones..  a beautiful evening…cruised down the south fork and then on to the pocket.
