Wow……what a great turnout. We had a record 122 folks show up for our January Dinner meeting at the Santa Lucia River Club. The menu was right on and everyone seemed to have a very good time. Capt. Hal used the opportunity to present several awards to those who were not present at the November meeting, including the Pompano Tournament awards and an especially warm award to Ken Pratt, who’s fought the great fight and is now in remission.
The super crowd also meant that we had a record 50-50 and were able to give away $200 split between three winners, Bill Golya, Sue Simon, and the grand prize winner, Bob Dunning.
